Kevin Federline’s memoir skips the self-awareness and jumps straight into the bedroom.
The 47-year-old ex-husband of Britney Spears drops one bombshell after another — starting with his claim that the two hooked up the night they met.
According to Federline, sparks — and clothes — flew instantly after a 2004 Hollywood nightclub introduction.
“The moment I sat down, everything else faded into the background,” he writes, painting the kind of scene that feels part romance, part red flag.
The Beverly Hills Bungalow Hookup
Britney, then at the height of her Toxic fame, reportedly invited Kevin and friends back to her Beverly Hills Hotel bungalow for a late-night swim. That’s when, as he tells it, things got… intimate.
Federline claims Britney “grabbed his arm, led him inside,” and well — let’s just say his description stops right before the Cinemax kicks in.
“This. Is. Happening,” he allegedly remembers thinking, before assuring readers he’d “better calm down” and cut the details short.
Still, he admits the connection was “purely physical” — at first. “One night became two, then stretched into three,” he writes. What started as a pool party apparently turned into a mini honeymoon before the wedding.
Britney Fires Back
Spears isn’t here for it. Her team issued a sharp response, calling Federline’s book a cash grab timed suspiciously close to the end of his child support checks.
“Once again, he and others are profiting off her pain,” her rep responded.
The pop icon, who already spilled her side in her bestselling memoir The Woman in Me, reportedly finds his version “sadly predictable.”
Britney and Kevin went on to marry later that same year, welcoming sons Sean Preston and Jayden James before their 2007 split.
But while Britney has moved on, Kevin seems determined to relive the early 2000s — one overshare at a time.
