Kelly Osbourne and Slipknot’s Sid Wilson are done. The engagement is off, the 100-acre Iowa farm is a memory, and Kelly is swapping Midwest quiet for London nightlife.
Did Ozzy’s death take the last bit of glue holding the engagement together?
Last July, at Ozzy’s final hometown show in Birmingham, Sid got down on one knee to propose to Kelly Osbourne. Then, in true Prince of Darkness fashion, Ozzy joked, “F— off, you’re not marrying my daughter!”
Twenty days later, Ozzy was dead. Sources told People the engagement never stood a chance against the grief.
While Sid was reportedly ready to settle into life on their Iowa acreage, Kelly returned to her mother, Sharon, and the high-energy London scene.
“She’s been in a challenging headspace for several reasons. Ozzy’s death still affects her deeply. It’s been hard for Kelly and Sid to balance different priorities about where to spend time,” a source told People.
At the 2026 BRIT Awards in March, Kelly attended a tribute to Ozzy. The night drew online commentary that she pushed back against on Instagram.
“Kicking me while I’m down, doubting my pain, spreading my struggles as gossip, and turning your back when I need support and love most… it only reveals a profound absence of compassion and character!”
While Sid is presumably somewhere in Iowa, Kelly has been spotted letting her hair down at Broadwick Soho with Kiinicki, an LA-based barber. Last month they got matching tattoos: crescent moons and teeth.
Kelly recently admitted to one thing she can’t forgive herself for: “I always heard Dad going down the stairs… the first thing I always said was ‘Morning, Dada, I love you.’ And on the morning that he passed, I didn’t say it.”
